Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on executive recruiting
- Proven ability to source, screen, and close executive candidates across multiple industries, particularly within healthcare, life sciences, payer, and provider sectors
- Deep understanding of recruiting technology, with hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS or similar platforms
- Strong process improvement skills, with experience leading projects that drive operational efficiencies in recruitment
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and external partners
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations, ideally with 10,000+ employees and $1B+ in revenue
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive recruiting strategy and decisions
- High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the full-stack executive recruiting function, overseeing sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate management across the Enterprise
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier executive talent, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and business objectives
- Leverage Greenhouse ATS to streamline recruiting workflows, ensuring efficient pipeline management and accurate candidate tracking
- Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, market trends, and organizational goals to ensure successful talent acquisition
- Own the end-to-end candidate experience for executive-level roles, ensuring a smooth and positive process from sourcing to onboarding
- Lead process improvement projects related to recruiting operations across the enterprise, identifying areas for efficiency and enhancing existing systems
- Serve as a subject matter expert in executive recruiting practices, offering insights into market conditions, compensation trends, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, legal, and hiring managers, to ensure compliance with hiring policies and practices
- Manage external partnerships with recruitment agencies and vendors, as needed, to support executive hiring efforts
