  • Relevant Bid management experience min. 3 years
  • Advanced German and English knowledge
  • People Management 2-3 years experience (+Soon to be leaders)
  • Problem solving skills; communication skills
  • Ability to work in complex working environment
  • Ability to motivate and instruct co-workers
  • Perform well in fast changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage his/her team to support the strategic plans determined by higher management levels and the realization of the bid & marketing program within the team
  • Bid management; Cost center management
  • Partner Management in International Relations
  • Participate in Business Development Activities
