- Relevant Bid management experience min. 3 years
- Advanced German and English knowledge
- People Management 2-3 years experience (+Soon to be leaders)
- Problem solving skills; communication skills
- Ability to work in complex working environment
- Ability to motivate and instruct co-workers
- Perform well in fast changing environment
Responsibilities
- Manage his/her team to support the strategic plans determined by higher management levels and the realization of the bid & marketing program within the team
- Bid management; Cost center management
- Partner Management in International Relations
- Participate in Business Development Activities
