Join Teramind, a leading platform for user behavior analytics, as their Head of Demand Generation. This hands-on role focuses on driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth through PPC and integrated demand generation campaigns. You will own and execute multi-channel demand generation programs, manage PPC campaigns across various platforms, and optimize the entire sales funnel. The position requires collaboration with other teams, data analysis, and reporting on key performance indicators. Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B demand generation, with deep, hands-on expertise in building and managing PPC campaigns at scale (preferably in SaaS/cybersecurity/enterprise tech)
- Proven success driving pipeline and revenue growth from enterprise accounts via paid search and paid social
- Mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing, and programmatic platforms; strong skills in keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization
- Analytical mindset; fluent in campaign analytics, attribution, and reporting
- Experience with ABM, marketing automation, and CRM tools. (HubSpot a big plus.)
- Native-level English communication skills
- Self-starter, highly collaborative, and passionate about experimentation and continuous learning
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage multi-channel demand generation programs with a strong focus on PPC (Google, LinkedIn), driving enterprise trials, demos, and sales opportunities
- Personally build, optimize, and scale PPC campaignsโowning everything from keyword research and ad copywriting to bid strategy, landing page testing, and conversion tracking
- Implement best practices in campaign structure, negative keywords, A/B testing, and audience segmentation to maximize ROI and pipeline growth
- Analyze and optimize every stage of the funnel, from first click to closed deal, using data-driven insights to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency
- Develop targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value enterprise accounts, leveraging PPC and other digital channels for personalized outreach
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales to align messaging, offers, and targeting with our enterprise and product-led growth strategy
- Build dashboards, track KPIs (CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution), and deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement and strategic scaling
