Remote Help Desk Analyst

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related technical field. In lieu of degree, additional work experience and/or trade school is acceptable
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a network or desktop systems specialist role
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional or similar are strongly recommended
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Office Suite, Exchange and SharePoint Online)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory management

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues while escalating complex and/or high priority problems through the appropriate channels
• Deliver high-quality customer service by effectively communicating with users and ensuring their technical needs are met
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of technical issues, solutions, and best practices
• Windows system configuration, updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Imaging computer systems for deployment to new hires or for hardware refresh
• Responsible for coordinating data, software, and hardware recovery/replacement in the event of machine failure

• Microsoft Entra and Intune management
