  • Provide business partnership and coaching to people managers to positively impact the motivation, development, and retention of talent
  • Strategically leverages industry expertise and thought leadership to develop innovative and practical solutions that address complex HR challenges and drive business success
  • Demonstrates excellent project management skills, effectively planning and coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery
  • Continuously seeks professional growth and development opportunities, staying updated on the latest industry trends, HR best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Demonstrates an unwavering passion for problem solving and a strong desire to make a significant impact on the businesses you support, enabling them to achieve their strategic goals
  • In partnership with the Diversity Inclusion & Belonging team, serve as an advocate, coach, and facilitator for building a diverse and inclusive team

What’s the role?

Our HubSpot People team takes an innovative and flexible approach to HR.  We are looking for an exceptional HR Manager to join us as part of our Business Partnerships function in JAPAC. You will provide People support across the company on a variety of HR-related matters including: organisational design, talent strategies, manager coaching, team mentoring, talent management, performance management, diversity, inclusion & belonging, and conflict resolution.  We aren’t your traditional People team.  We embrace our unique culture and solve for our rapid business growth.

In the first 30 days, you’ll learn about our culture, employee support, and growth strategy. Through onboarding, you’ll dive into our HR approach and how we help managers solve problems while maintaining our core values.

In the first 60 days, you’ll engage with key stakeholders, participate in team meetings, and build relationships with the Culture, Talent Acquisition, and People teams to drive strategic initiatives.

In the first 90 days, you’ll establish yourself as a trusted adviser, using people analytics and trends to inform and lead projects that help us achieve our goals.

In your role, you will:
