Responsibilities
- Act as the first contact with leads by phone or email, being friendly and helpful
- Collect important details from people who need assistance
- Listen carefullyย and empathetically to understand what people need and figure out how the firm can help
- Fill out legal forms if necessary
- Guide people to the right places within the firm or elsewhere for help
- Keep Records of customer interactions
- Follow up with people to make sure they get help or see if they need more support
- Assist with everyday tasks like booking appointments, managing schedules, and handling paperwork
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred
- Legal background is advantageous

As an Intake Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that individuals receive the assistance they need by effectively gathering information, assessing needs, and coordinating consultations with our legal experts.
