Remote Interface Analyst

Summary

Join our team as an Interface Analyst and contribute to transforming healthcare with innovative software technology. As a key member of our interoperability department, you will establish interfaces for surgery center clients and their business partners, ensuring client success with the HST platform. With a focus on quality assurance testing and application function verification, you will work collaboratively with internal teams, client IT teams, and HST vendors to obtain configuration information, coordinate and test interface installs.

Requirements

• 2-3 years work experience in information technology, computer systems, computer science or related field
• Working knowledge of interface/integration technology concepts (e.g. HL7, APIs, databases, client-server, querying software and communications protocols)
• Some experience with SQL is preferred
• Experience with Mirth and/or other healthcare data engine is a plus

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain interfaces for surgery center clients and their business partners
• Proactively coordinate with internal teams, client IT teams, and HST vendors to obtain configuration information, coordinate and test interface installs
• Identify areas of improvement to streamline interface implementations
• Routinely manage and troubleshoot issues with live interfaces, and escalate issues to the development team as needed
• Document interface install processes and process changes
• Support QA efforts for interface products in conjunction with the product and development teams
