Requirements
- Have client-facing work experience (preferably IT) and you are willing to expand your account management skills & business acumen
- Have a sense of ownership and you demonstrate a can-do attitude by proactively seeking and developing innovative solutions to overcome challenges and mitigate risks
- Have an excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1) and Polish (min. B2), as you will be using it on a daily basis
- Have flawless communication skills - ability to provide clear, concise, and insightful information
- Have expertise in stakeholder management, both internal and external
- Are a people person, care about peopleโs needs and wellbeing, and effectively build professional relationships with both developers and clients
- Anticipate risks and blockers and ensure that projects progress smoothly
- Are ready to question the status quo in order to improve processes and drive efficiency towards enhancing better time management and excellence in the projects
Responsibilities
- Coordinating a portfolio of numerous projects and accounts in a dynamic environment
- Maintaining the revenue and growing existing businesses by nurturing client relationships & supporting project teams
- Managing various internal and external stakeholders (recruitment and talent, delivery, sales team, and clients)
- Delivering high-quality work on time and demonstrating a professional standard in all aspects of their responsibilities
- Being responsible for keeping internal data clean and up to date, including correctness of invoices and budget management
- Focusing with your team members on account growth
- Supporting the process of forming project teams and bringing them up to speed
- Making sure our project team efficiently delivers value and is not blocked by anything
