Requirements
- Competent on computers and confident at picking up new systems
- Experience in an administrative role with exposure to a customer environment
- Working knowledge and understanding of financial profit and loss accounts would be desirable
- Experience of building and maintaining customer and colleague relationships
- Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and have a keen eye for detail
Responsibilities
- Work within the invoice reconciliation processes and procedures, ensuring that invoices accurately match to purchase orders
- Raise queries to the Team Leader in order for supplier accounts to run smoothly
- Manage supplier queries and support the resolution
- Perform other duties within the department as required
