Remote IT Support Specialist

Summary

Join our team as a Junior IT Support Specialist in Amsterdam and help maintain the ongoing operation of our IT infrastructure while supporting our employees around the globe.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar job / work environment
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange and Azure
• Proficient in networking protocols, particularly TCP/IP
• Familiarity with Windows, MAC and Linux operating systems
• Strong hardware knowledge for PC workstations, servers, and laptops
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a hands-on mentality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluent in English, preferably also Dutch (not mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to onsite and remote employees, as well as third-party vendors
• Assist with onboarding new employees and third parties
• Perform hardware installations and maintenance
• Manage IT purchasing
• Provide support for 3D/video-related inquiries whenever possible
