  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for the client - from sales to customer success
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, enabling precise forecasting and clear view of business to come
  • Work closely with senior account executives, marketing, and other departments to strategize and close deals

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Jr. Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is perfect for someone looking to break into software or agency sales or for a successful SDR ready to take the next step into an Account Executive role. You will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing the sales cycle, and contributing to the overall growth of AmpiFire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored product demonstrations.
  • Sales Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for the client - from sales to customer success
  • Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, enabling precise forecasting and clear view of business to come
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior account executives, marketing, and other departments to strategize and close deals
  • Learning & Personal Development: Be prepared to never stop learning and have weekly, monthly and bi-weekly opportunities to hone your craft

Here’s What We Expect From You

  • We don’t expect you to have formal experience in sales. But we need to see sustained interest in sales from you.
  • You are well-read and have a serious commitment to personal development.
  • You are customer-focused with the ability to listen, build strong relationships, and overcome concerns.
  • You are Coachable, someone looking and willing to learn
  • You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude. We are willing to make a huge investment in you. You need to bring the heart and the drive.
  • You’ll need to be located in the US / Canada because business hours will be EST/EDT (US/Canada Eastern) time!
  • Having some experience with marketing, content marketing or SEO is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Start Date: November 1st (or sooner)

Compensation (in $USD): $30,000 Salary, OTE: $50,000 - $60,000 /year

What to Expect From the Hiring Process:

Then, you’ll have a virtual interview with our Sales Ops Manager.

Finally, you’ll interview with our Director of Marketing & Sales, Jeff Bulzak, and an external party.
