Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree holders
  • 5+ years experience in operations or customer support field, 2+ years of team leader/supervisor level management experience
  • Finance, Banking and Fintech operations management experiences would be a great advantage
  • Fintech/banking/financial industry background (especially with online payment process experience) would be an advantage
  • Ability to communicate/interact with management and key stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience and attention to detail
  • Proficient English skills โ€“ Spoken & written. And speaking knowledge of Hindi is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of backend support associates including KYC (Know Your Customer), ensuring they meet career development goals
  • Carry SLA targets and customer support matrix, enhance the teamโ€™s capability through quality and training initiatives
  • Understand end-to-end customer experience and map best practices in the market, identify gaps and operation process opportunities, and drive continuous improvements to better meet business needs
  • Collaborate with various business departments and operational departments including customer care, risk, and compliance
