Job description

As the Landing Page Designer (Fractional) at TLDR, you will own the creation and optimization of landing pages for advertising campaigns, with a focus on driving conversions and delivering high-performing results. You will collaborate with the Marketing and Ad Ops teams to design, iterate, and launch compelling landing pages using Unbounce, ensuring they are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and user experience.

About the Role

  • Designing, building, and optimizing landing pages using Unbounce to support advertising and marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and target audiences.

  • A/B testing different designs, headlines, and calls to action to optimize conversions.

  • Conducting performance analysis and providing data-driven insights to refine landing pages.

  • Ensuring landing pages are mobile-responsive and load quickly across all devices.

  • Incorporating feedback from stakeholders to continually improve landing page designs.

  • Staying up-to-date with landing page design trends and best practices to keep designs fresh and effective.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing landing pages for advertising or marketing campaigns, ideally in tech or media.

  • Proficiency in Unbounce and a strong portfolio of high-performing landing pages.

  • Experience conducting A/B tests and implementing data-driven design improvements.

  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.

  • Eye for clean and functional design with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a high-agency, high-autonomy, low-meeting remote work culture

  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and campaign management is a plus.
