Summary

Join the international scale-up, Eye Security, as their first in-house Learning & Development Manager and help shape the future of learning. This role will play a pivotal part in building young talent programs and retaining/growing current employees.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the standalone L&D role in an international tech organization
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency (C2) in English
  • Ability to design and produce relevant training materials including e-learning courses
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, experience launching
  • Ability to work hybrid in 1 of our hubs (the Hague, Berlin, Munich) and willingness to travel occasionally (1-2 per quarter)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a learning strategy and program that are aligned with the organization’s objectives
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Design and produce training materials, including e-learning courses
  • Build and implement various types of training
  • Deliver high quality trainings (both in person and virtual), engage audience and provide supporting materials to enable further growth
