Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of five years in cost estimation, including at least five years in a managerial role
• Certifications: Professional certification, such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP), is a plus
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing sectors like injection molding, sheet metal, and CNC processes
• Technical Skills: Proficient in 3D CAD tools and estimating software
• Analytical Mind: Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Leadership: Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Industry Standards: In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations

• Present with Clarity: Communicate detailed cost estimates to stakeholders, providing clear justifications and explanations
