Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in legal operations with a strong understanding of startup environments, including project management and contract workflows
• Proven ability to implement and manage technology tools, streamline workflows and drive projects to completion
• Analytical mindset and solution-driven, with experience in building scalable processes, managing key metrics, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage technology tools such as contract management and ticketing systems
• Drive operational efficiencies by developing scalable, capacity-building processes
• Build and maintain project plans for initiatives such as development and tracking of OKRs to ensure team adherence to timelines and key deliverables
• Assist with building presentations and decks for internal stakeholders
• Provide support around contracting efforts, including organizing and maintaining contract templates, managing contract requests, reviewing standard documents such as NDAs and vendor agreements, and ensuring efficient document handling
