Requirements
- Strong people leadership skills with a history of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
- A minimum of 2+ years of software implementation/training experience
- Strong familiarity and skills with business software applications: e.g. Slack, Jira, Asana, Google Suite, etc
- Positive, proactive work attitude
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple client projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proactive Problem Solver β You take initiative to find solutions, even when the answer isn't immediately clear
- Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of customers and staff
- True customer centric mindset with patience for customers in a learning environment
- Ability to pick up on new software features quickly
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of service delivery professionals
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team
- Oversee customer engagements
- Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients
- Drive best practices in client communication and service excellence
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve service delivery methodologies
- Ensure delivery quality standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with Sr. Director of Services to define and execute the professional services strategy
- Identify and implement new service offerings, packages, and pricing models
- Monitor and optimize key metrics related to service delivery
- Establish and oversee tools, processes, and KPIs for effective project tracking and performance management
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
