Requirements

  • Strong people leadership skills with a history of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
  • A minimum of 2+ years of software implementation/training experience
  • Strong familiarity and skills with business software applications: e.g. Slack, Jira, Asana, Google Suite, etc
  • Positive, proactive work attitude
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proactive Problem Solver – You take initiative to find solutions, even when the answer isn't immediately clear
  • Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of customers and staff
  • True customer centric mindset with patience for customers in a learning environment
  • Ability to pick up on new software features quickly
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of service delivery professionals
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the team
  • Oversee customer engagements
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients
  • Drive best practices in client communication and service excellence
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve service delivery methodologies
  • Ensure delivery quality standards are consistently met
  • Collaborate with Sr. Director of Services to define and execute the professional services strategy
  • Identify and implement new service offerings, packages, and pricing models
  • Monitor and optimize key metrics related to service delivery
  • Establish and oversee tools, processes, and KPIs for effective project tracking and performance management
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
