Summary

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and Agile certification (e.g., CSM) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Agile project management principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management support to a team of project managers
- Establish and maintain project management standards and best practices
- Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and strategic objectives
- Manage and resolve project and program issues
- Ensure project teams are following Agile methodology and project management best practices
- Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with program execution
- Program management of strategic projects, as needed
- Manage external vendor relationships and contract processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and project teams
- Cultivate a culture of accountability and excellence in project management
- Supervise and report progress updates, progress-to-plan, and milestone achievements consistently to all levels of the organization
- Identify areas for improvement in project management processes to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
- Lead development of new project proposals
- Assist in interviewing, recruitment, and orientation of new hires
- Project management tool administration
- Prepare and present project reports and dashboards to senior leadership
- Mentor and develop project management talent within the organization
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
