Program Manager, Cyber Project

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager (PM) or other managerial positions
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or relevant education in lieu of certification
• Must have excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles and excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills
• Experience organizing all cyber services
• Active TS/SCI security clearance

Responsibilities

• Oversee all contractor work performed
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
• Manage project control and reporting
• Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards
• Manage threat analysis and documentation, transitioning to continuous monitoring
• Assist with security clearance processing and documentation
• Provide cybersecurity insights, system analysis, and policy reviews
• Offer flexible resource scaling for increased service needs
