Requirements

  • Be highly motivated, self-driven, and high-energy, passionate about helping partners and company grow
  • Have a high capacity for working with an average of 40 partners at a time
  • Be able to switch all day between multiple communication platforms (email, SMS, phone calls, Slack)
  • Have a high level of clear and direct communication with partners and internal teams
  • Have a humble attitude and ask questions when needed
  • Possess the ability to communicate to partners with a 5-star level of service and a 'my pleasure' mindset
  • Have a strong understanding of social media marketing, paid search, SEO, and web
  • Be tech-savvy and able to switch between multiple software tools at a time
  • Possess strong time management skills and the ability to identify daily priorities and pivot when needed
  • Know the orthodontic and dental field or be willing to learn
  • Have reliable high-speed internet and a permanent distraction-free environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage partner communications
  • Facilitate training calls
  • Advise on marketing initiatives
  • Handle 25-30 emails daily, addressing various subjects
  • Coordinate with other HIP teams to provide comprehensive responses to partners
  • Engage in 15-20 calls weekly with partners, reviewing marketing reports, solving problems, and offering training
  • Send detailed recap emails after calls
  • Delegate tasks to appropriate team members
  • Address a wide range of questions from partners (lead quality, ad spend recommendations, training requests on CRM, front desk and treatment coordinator training, website edits, design requests, SEO strategies, updating payment information, and diagnosing CRM issues or bugs)
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks in ClickUp (project management software)
  • Maintain a detailed and organized CRM (HighLevel)
  • Facilitate training calls with teams, leading with confidence and influence
