Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2+ years in marketing research, preferably in B2B SaaS or logistics industries
  • 2+ years leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods is required
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, especially in translating data into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools, market analysis frameworks, statistical analysis and research methodologies
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as PowerBI, and survey platforms, like SurveyMonkey
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to stakeholders with different technical backgrounds
  • Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously while staying organized and prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines
  • A team player and true collaborator with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research; analyze data; and present insights cross-functional to inform decision-making
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative research projects to understand customer preferences, market trends, and the competitive landscape within the SaaS and last-mile delivery sectors
  • Collaborate with external research firms on primary and secondary research, including market reports, surveys, focus groups, and other research methodologies
  • Continuously monitor competitors and industry trends, providing regular updates on competitive positioning and opportunities
  • Interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and present insights through detailed reports, charts, dashboards, and presentations
  • Determine and recommend the appropriate method of research to investigate specific business issues or problems
  • Proof and edit documents and reports, including quality control for data and testing of online surveys
  • Identify new research opportunities and developing innovative research methodologies to improve the accuracy and reliability of research data
  • Track and predict market trends, particularly in last-mile delivery logistics and SaaS solutions, helping to inform future product offerings
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather research needs and proactively deliver insights that influence decision-making
  • Analyze customer behavior to inform marketing and product strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market conditions
  • Assist product marketing and pricing managers and other stakeholders by providing insights and data analysis for various projects and initiatives
  • Ensure research insights are incorporated into business strategies
  • Continually seek to improve processes and find efficiencies
