  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience working with media vendors
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define and execute media buying strategies that support campaign objectives
  • Analyze target audience insights and market trends to identify the best media channels for reaching potential customers
  • Plan, negotiate, and purchase advertising space across multiple platforms, including digital
  • Integrate bid cap strategies to scale campaigns effectively while maintaining a solid customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Monitor and optimize ongoing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance data to improve ROI
  • Embrace dynamic scaling using bid caps for high-traffic days (e.g., weekends), while minimizing risk during lower-traffic periods
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of media buys, utilizing analytics tools to measure performance metrics
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, showcasing campaign performance and insights
  • Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring that spending aligns with financial goals and maximizes return on investment
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and negotiate favorable terms with media vendors
  • Ensure close collaboration with creative strategists to push data-driven creative experimentation and optimize based on ad performance, leveraging creative testing insights to guide budget allocation
