Requirements
- 2-3 years of member relationship experience (medical or pharmaceutical fields preferred) with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bachelorβs degree in business administration, marketing, health science, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a large volume of leads and opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations to clients based on their specific needs and requirements
- Provide accurate and timely information to potential customers regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and booking options
- Actively engage in outbound pre-member relationship activities, including phone calls, emailing, and networking to generate leads and identify potential customers within the medical field
- Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and existing solutions, in order to present our products or services as viable solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns to promote our products or services to potential members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings and maintain a competitive edge
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, member interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software
- Contribute to the development of documentation best practices and procedures that help scale the operations of the department
- Be a key contributor to the culture of innovation, constantly exploring ways to push the boundaries of healthcare
