Requirements
- Basic understanding of mortgage loan processing procedures (preferred, but open to training)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) a plus
- Experience with commercial real estate software (Coast Star) a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Process loan documents according to lender checklists
- Coordinate with lenders via email and phone (phone provided by client)
- Manage and update client information in Salesforce and CoStar software
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and email management
