Requirements

  • Basic understanding of mortgage loan processing procedures (preferred, but open to training)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) a plus
  • Experience with commercial real estate software (Coast Star) a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Process loan documents according to lender checklists
  • Coordinate with lenders via email and phone (phone provided by client)
  • Manage and update client information in Salesforce and CoStar software
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and email management
