Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Netguru as a (Senior) Product Manager with Polish language skills specializing in financial services. This full-time, 7-8 month freelance position (or potential internal hire) offers 100% remote work and flexible hours. You will define and communicate product requirements, develop roadmaps, conduct market research, and collaborate with various teams. Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in product management
• Experience working in fintech or banking industry in product management area
• Expert knowledge of product management processes
• Ability to interpret and analyze data to make decisions and measure product success
• Ability to take on strategic projects that span multiple squads and various stakeholders
• Ability to identify metrics & KPIs for a product that you're building
• Ability to communicate broad and specific progress and concepts to various stakeholders including executives, team members, and customers
• Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into product features
• Excellent communication skills and being the team player
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in agile methodology environment (at least 2 years)
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English – both verbal and written (C1+)
• Product management experience in fintech/banking area
• Polish language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Clearly define and communicate product requirements to development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives and expectations
• Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business priorities and customer needs
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Define the long-term vision for the product and establish a roadmap to achieve it
• Use data and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption
