Remote Operations Associate, Deal Strategy & Operations

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience in a Deal Desk or GTM Operations function with a global sales team
• Strong analytical background within strong problem solving skills
• Thorough understanding of standard business practices related to GTM Operations processes and systems

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day quote management and approvals
• Operate within established SLAs, ensuring timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound offers with field sales
• Ensure compliance with internal controls
• Partner in a trusted advisor capacity to field sales and other internal partners
• Provide thought leadership to develop innovative deal structures, handle risk within the contractual terms and structure and educate the sales team on optimal deal configuration and bundles
• Develop best practices for pricing and commercial terms, based on the improved use of data and market knowledge to support decision making
• Support operational efforts to drive productivity, process improvements across the deal lifecycle
