The OperationsAssociate will be a key member of the Deal Strategy & Operations team developing to become a trusted and strategic partner to sales and cross-functional teams to optimize the deal lifecycle, scale operations and drive growth and profitability delivering the best outcomes for Deel and our customers while executing with Deel Speed.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day quote management and approvals.

• Operate within established SLAs, ensuring timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound offers with field sales.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls.

• Partner in a trusted advisor capacity to field sales and other internal partners.

• Provide thought leadership to develop innovative deal structures, handle risk within the contractual terms and structure and educate the sales team on optimal deal configuration and bundles.

• Develop best practices for pricing and commercial terms, based on the improved use of data and market knowledge to support decision making.

• Support operational efforts to drive productivity, process improvements across the deal lifecycle.

Some key qualifications

• Have 3+ years of experience in a Deal Desk or GTM Operations function with a global sales team

• Strong analytical background within strong problem solving skills

• Thorough understanding of standard business practices related to GTM Operations processes and systems.

• Positive team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross-functional organizations
