  • Deep subject matter expertise in Trust & Safety, compliance, and content moderation, with a strong understanding of T&S regulations and best practices
  • Proven ownership and accountability in driving and overseeing multiple complex and cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery at scale
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills - able to lead by example and drive change to a cross-functional team(s)
  • Strong understanding of how to leverage data to generate reports and assess the health and efficacy of a partner program
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and thought leadership, and capacity to adapt and thrive in fast-paced work environments with rapidly shifting landscapes and priorities
  • Experience working with, influencing, and negotiating with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders across regions and cultures

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of content moderators, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance team capabilities
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for content moderation processes
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with policies and quality standards
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team efficiency and content quality
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and operational challenges to senior management
  • Identify areas for improvement in moderation workflows and recommend actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our content moderation team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in content moderation or a related field, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and team management. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality moderation standards, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement..

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment, using analytical skills and resourcefulness to deliver results. They can effectively balance strategic thinking with careful, detailed implementation, while addressing issues that may not be clearly defined, overcoming challenges and adapting to changing circumstances.

What you’ll do:
