Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate comments, direct messages, and customer interactions across multiple social platforms
• Use Sprinklr to manage all interactions and streamline responses across platforms
• Repost engaging content on Facebook and Instagram for both Paleovalley and Wild Pastures
• Support future automation by working with Grow.ai and ManyChat to respond to messages and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate interactions
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure the social media presence remains strong, consistent, and aligned with brand values

• Work Schedule: Work from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm EST
• Team Meetings: The weekly meetings are an excellent opportunity to connect, align, and plan for the week ahead
• Monthly 1:1 Meetings with Manager: Scheduled individually for personal updates and discussions
