Summary

Join our team as a Talent Operations Specialist and play a critical role in providing support for employee inquiries and managing critical HR processes. You will assist in leading projects to support process improvements and program/policy delivery, while contributing to building a framework that supports knowledge capture and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer centric mindset

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently enter employee data into HR systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
  • Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and updates
  • Support key moments in the employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, and off-boarding
  • Serve as a primary contact for COEs such as Benefits as it pertains to program delivery and employee support
  • Ensure documentation is updated and accurate, ticket queues are managed appropriately, and escalations are handled in a timely manner
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, such as HR system implementations, policy updates, employee engagement programs, and the execution of change management plans
