Summary

- Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or Microsoft apps, a plus
- Familiarity with local labor laws will be an advantage
- Familiarity with presentation and design software (Google Slides, Canva, etc) preferred
- Previous experience working in a hybrid start-up environment is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the People Operations Generalist in owning the implementation and management of various HR operations tasks
- Onboarding and Offboarding
- 201 File/Personnel Record Management
- HRIS Management
- Statutory Filing and Management
- Labor Law Compliance and Reporting
- Payroll and Timekeeping
- Benefits Management
- Employee Relations
- Employee Engagement
- Together with PH People Operations Generalist, conduct focus groups and 1:1 employee check-ins to gather feedback and insights on employee needs and concerns
- Be the primary point of contact for employee concerns and requests
- Provide assistance to Learning & Engagement team in the planning and execution of engagement events and activities to foster a sense of community and belonging among employees (e.g., Annual PH-wide Team Building, Monthly wellbeing/training calendar, Year-end Celebration)
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including inventory management, maintenance and repair requests
- Ensure that the office is a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for employees
- Coordinate office moves and renovations, including selection of contractors, designs and project oversight
