Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in People Ops, HR, or similar roles
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision making
- A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, ensuring timely updates related to role changes, salary adjustments, and other personnel changes
- Generate HR reports and analyse data to support decision-making for leadership and management teams
- Manage benefits programs, including health, wellness, and other company perks, ensuring smooth administration and employee understanding
- Resolve benefits-related queries and issues
- Ensure company policies align with local laws and regulations
- Keep up-to-date with changes in labour legislation and ensure organizational compliance
- Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation of all HR-related processes
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and benefits
- Support performance management processes, including assisting managers with goal setting and tracking progress
- Mediate and resolve employee issues, ensuring alignment with company values and policies
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experience
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in people management
