  • Take care of the entire team member journey at LOOP and our partner agencies, from hiring and onboarding to offboarding
  • Keep our HR-system up-to-date with employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies
  • Manage the recruitment process, from posting job ads and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and making offers
  • Draft and manage various HR documents, while keeping everything legally compliant and consistent
  • Create a variety of HR reports to provide useful insights for decision making
  • Help coordinate payroll, working closely with external providers to ensure it’s processed accurately and on time
  • Support the roll-out and communication of People and Culture policies and procedures, adapting to different cultural and legal contexts
  • Assist with compliance, labor law, and collective bargaining law updates and changes
  • Be a go-to-contact for team members and leaders on HR-related questions, offering guidance and resolving issues across our global offices

  • Keep our HR-system up-to-date with employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.

  • Manage the recruitment process, from posting job ads and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and making offers.

  • Draft and manage various HR documents, while keeping everything legally compliant and consistent.

  • Create a variety of HR reports to provide useful insights for decision making.

  • Ideally, you’ve studied HR and have 1-2 years of experience in the field— but we’re open to other relevant experiences too.

  • You’re an independent worker who thinks holistically, outside the box and enjoys tackling new challenges.
