Summary

Join DEGURA, a Berlin-based insurtech company, and contribute to our mission of simplifying occupational pension provision. Develop and implement B2B/B2C lead generation strategies across various online and offline channels. Plan, execute, and analyze lead generation campaigns using email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing, webinars, and events. Identify and utilize new acquisition channels. Collaborate closely with sales to qualify and follow up on generated leads. Monitor KPIs and create regular performance reports. Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing. This role offers a dynamic environment with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation.

Requirements

  • You have a completed degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • You have experience in performance marketing, online marketing, and lead generation
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEA, social ads, email marketing) and experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, ActiveCampaign)
  • Analytical thinking and experience with KPIs and tracking tools (e.g., Piwik Pro)
  • Your independent work style is structured and results-oriented
  • You possess strong negotiation and communication skills in German and English

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize B2B or B2C lead generation strategies (online and offline)
  • Plan, execute, and analyze lead generation campaigns across channels such as email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing, webinars, and events
  • Identify and utilize new acquisition channels for lead generation
  • Create and maintain landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels
  • Collaborate closely with sales to qualify and further pursue generated leads
  • Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot)
  • Monitor relevant KPIs and create regular reports on the performance of measures
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize conversion rates
