Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of demonstrated success in Content, SEO, and ASO within the realm of a large B2C and B2B2C audience
  • Proven experience in managing content across diverse markets, overseeing multiple languages, with effective outsourcing strategies
  • Experience in creating multimedia content, including blog, podcast, social, and video production
  • Exceptional expertise in SEO and ASO channel management, encompassing best practicesStrong grasp of web/mobile app campaign measurement and attribution
  • Proficiency in keyword research with excellent analytical skills, including experience in crafting app descriptions and titles using researched keywords to enhance performance
  • Proven ability to implement comprehensive operational procedures and standards to drive organizational objectives effectively
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and trends using the latest app analytics tools, including experience with analytics tools and/or other market research tools, e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs
  • Proficient in using AI-driven tools to optimize content creation, distribution, and performance through automated insights and recommendations
  • Fluency in English, with impeccable verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with the Director of Growth, User Experience to develop content strategies, operating procedures, and standards aligning with Airalo's objectives
  • Maintain an editorial calendar in coordination with the Global and Regional teams
  • Work with Airalo Growth divisions to publish and modify blogs and other content, ensuring optimized styles and layouts
  • Optimize content for SEO and ASO, aligning with search engine and app store optimization goals
  • Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics, providing recommendations and establishing Global benchmarks, goals and KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives, brand identity, and user requirements
  • Manage content distribution across online channels and social media platforms, enhancing volumes of Organic traffic
  • Stay updated on company-wide developments, generating new ideas and utilizing multimedia for rich content to position Airalo as a thought leader
  • Steer voice and tone standards documentation with Brand team, ensuring all content is the right mix of engaging, informative and entertaining
