Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design efforts for multiple products
• Contribute to overall product strategy and direction
• Build productive, collaborative relationships with design, product, and engineering partners
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features
• Develop and enforce design guidelines, advocating for a stronger design culture within Clarity
• Gather requirements, incorporate technical constraints, engage in feedback loops, and ensure design solutions align with Clarity’s product vision
• Leverage your expertise to tackle Clarity’s most challenging design problems
• Help establish foundational processes that advocate for a design-centric approach and attention to detail in software development
