Remote Product Manager

Summary

Join our team as a dynamic Product Manager to own the Fix and Deploy area of the Level Access platform! This role will focus on platform workflow, service management, and integration for projects and tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a product or software development role, with at least 4 of those as a Product Manager
• Strong grasp of product management fundamentals and an interest in mentorship
• University degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Business or related fields
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of the software development lifecycle and API and process integration
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and listen carefully to the needs and experiences of others
• Experience conducting user interviews and truly understanding and listening to problems
• Experience taking products from ideation to launch with clear success metrics for external or internal customers

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall knowledge of the product, the problems it solves, and the benefits it offers customers and end-users
• Use data and insights to inform product decisions and independently define the analysis needed for good decision-making
• Serve as the product owner for key applications
• Own the exploration of new use cases, mapping our outstanding science/engineering capabilities to market opportunities, iterating quickly towards MVP and in-market testing
• Major contributor to vision and strategy
• Work well with users to understand their needs and develop new opportunity hypotheses
• Engage daily with our engineering, science, design, and go-to-market teams, driving alignment around our product vision and strategy
• Stay on top of market trends, specifically related to accessibility in the enterprise
• Drive product delivery from alpha/beta MVP to general release maturity
