Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the lifecycle of the Voice Intelligence Products, including transcriptions and language operators
  • Work with customers to gather customer requirements, to validate concepts, prototypes and to launch innovating solutions
  • Work with the Conversational Intelligence team to augment Voice Intelligence to support messaging and other channels
  • Work with the rest of the Twilio portfolio to continue embedding the Voice Intelligence capabilities into the personalization pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience independently testing hypotheses and quantifying expected impact by querying internal data sets
  • Experience or Interest in understanding distributed systems (cloud-scale) architectures
  • Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM development process with globally-distributed teams and customers

About the job

This position is needed to help grow Twilio’s Voice Intelligence solution.

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management

Location

This role is based remotely in Spain.

Travel
