  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches
  • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that communicates product benefits to the target audience
  • Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure product-market fit and drive alignment on product strategies
  • Develop product marketing materials (case studies, whitepapers, product demos, etc) to support marketing and sales initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Own customer feedback loops to gather insights for product improvement and communicate them with internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, and growth) to create marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption
  • Monitor product performance and customer behavior, making data-driven recommendations to improve positioning and messaging
  • Lead training sessions with internal teams to ensure the salesforce is equipped with knowledge and materials to successfully sell our products

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented Product Marketer to take ownership of go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption. As a fully remote company, we need someone who is highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and passionate about driving results. You’ll be a key player in defining and positioning our products, ensuring they resonate with our target audience, and helping grow our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

• Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that communicates product benefits to the target audience.

• Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure product-market fit and drive alignment on product strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related field.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, adaptable environment, preferably in tech or SaaS.

• Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research and data analysis to support product decisions.

Experience collaborating with sales teams and translating technical product features into customer benefits.

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• A self-starter with a proven track record of managing product marketing strategies independently.

• Strong mentality with experience in developing strategies that drive measurable growth.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• It is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, and headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection. Certain roles will be required to utilize and or download company-approved software.

• The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours on EST or PST

• Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds including conducting employment references, criminal record, and credit checks.

• Once hired, the successful candidate must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address as part of their onboarding process.
