Remote Product Operations Principal

Summary

Join Planday as a Product Operations Principal and help drive transformation, uplift capabilities, and improve efficiency of operations for our Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Product Operations, Product Management, Delivery Management or Product Coach role in a SaaS business
• Experience of driving a Product organisation through transformation in how it leverages data

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the P&E Operating Model
• Be a valued Business Partner to P&E leaders: help our leaders to build, manage and improve cross team collaboration
• Data Management & Insights: Manage team performance metrics in Jira by ensuring data integrity and extracting key insights that enable leaders to make data driven decisions about their team(s)
• Product Framework Education and Coaching: Be an expert in Product Management Frameworks that enable businesses to manage and build great products in a repeatable and consistent way
• Tooling: Be the administrator of Jira and Confluence. Recommend tools to help us be more efficient
