Remote Product Owner

Summary

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in a similar Product Ownership role
• Strong analysis and modelling skills across business, systems and data

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision that inspires and motivates the team
• Develop and articulate a clear product strategy to enable your vision to become a reality
• Use objectives and key results to ensure the delivery of your strategy, creating and maintaining the structure for your teams
• Put data front and center in all you do and develop product KPIs to enable your team and the business. To drive improvement, optimisation and to be an integral part of your product strategy
• Use facilitated workshops to build shared understanding across teams, stakeholders and engineering to ensure successful outcomes
• Be a facilitator and a cheerleader for the Agile process within your team
• Adhere to the accountabilities of the Scrum product owner role
• Use the expression of value to shape your epics and stories

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience of e-commerce marketplace or B2B E-commerce
• Experience with merchant onboarding and integration processes
• Knowledge of and preferably experience in objectives and key results (OKRs)
• Experience with communicating the needs of the business as outcomes
• Experience with user story mapping process
• Used the INVEST framework in the construction of product backlog items
• Able to speak Mandarin
