Remote Program Manager

Summary

Join Splice as a Program Manager 1 and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of our product. As a self-starter with strong accountability, you'll connect cross-functional dots, promote collaboration, and serve as a central point of communication across product teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related work experience
• A creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Previous project/program management experience within a product organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results on time

Responsibilities

• Drive progress on priority workstreams by partnering with product development to help build decision-making frameworks and deliverables
• Communicate major milestones, upcoming deadlines, bottlenecks, and other problems to ensure successful delivery
• Proactively identify gaps in the programs you are shepherding and in the overall program operations
• Influence without authority by building credibility and establishing relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, from directors to individual contributors, and be able to guide decision-making and planning
• Zoom in and zoom out to see how all the moving parts should tie together, ensuring the program is on track from an execution and strategy perspective. Where there is risk, proactively identify strategies and solutions to ensure the program meets its goals
