Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with project management, preferably in Identity and Access Management, Information Technology, and or Consulting, along with experience managing complex, high-profile IT projects involving large teams
  • Experience in managing offshore and onshore project teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects within the allotted scope, schedule, and budget to the specifications of an SOW to achieve success
  • Ensure deliverables are in compliance with the SOW
  • Perform identification, tracking, escalation, and remediation of project risks, action items, and issues
  • Develop technical project plans, proposals, status reports, presentations, etc. to ensure project success
  • Review project requirements and manage additions in scope to build for future work
  • Coordinate the development of and facilitating the delivery and approval of project deliverables
  • Supervise assigned staff including utilization, communication, and billable hours
  • Schedule, facilitate, and document project meetings, status calls, and working sessions where appropriate serving as the primary liaison between IDMWORKS and the customer
  • Provide technical, administrative, and operational support of assigned projects including IDMWORKS employees, subcontractors, and customer staff
  • Manage customer expectations and monitor customer satisfaction with respect to the work product delivered and services performed
  • Approve timesheets, review billable hours, generate and track invoices for project billing
  • Track project hours, budget, and project profitability
  • Identify and direct the implementation of process improvements, organizational change, and strategic investment efforts within the organization
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks
