Join our team as a Regional Sales Manager and play a key role in expanding our sales efforts within the hospitality industry. This exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and building strong relationships with key players in the sector. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, and possess exceptional communication and people skills. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new accounts while maintaining and growing existing ones. Travel will be required, with the extent determined by experience and location. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience required
  • Strong background in the hospitality industry, with well-established relationships with designers, procurement firms, hospitality brands, and ownership groups
  • Proven ability to network and build professional relationships
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed
  • Proactive and knowledgeable about current trends and conditions in the hospitality sector

Responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategies that align with corporate goals and market opportunities
  • Manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts within a specific geographic region
  • Travel as necessary (territory and scope determined by the candidate’s experience, customer relationships, and location)
  • Identify and prospect new accounts while maintaining and growing existing key accounts
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with designers, procurement teams, ownership groups, and hospitality brands within the assigned region
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales teams and other departments to maximize opportunities
