Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to resolving data discrepancies and ensuring data integrity
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing strategic projects with urgent requests in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the CRO, CMO, and directors in sales, marketing, and revenue operations, to provide data-driven insights that support both strategic and operational initiatives
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership, ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable insights that guide decision-making
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews, preparing detailed reports that break down sales funnel performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain data systems and infrastructure that track key performance metrics (e.g., leads, opportunities), supporting accurate reporting and analysis
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data integrity across reports and systems by investigating and fixing issues as they arise
  • Support senior leadership in strategic projects, such as team restructuring or customer segmentation analysis, by providing insights and recommendations
  • Identify high-value customers through data analysis and help shape targeted outreach and marketing campaigns
  • Improve processes by addressing gaps in documentation, ensuring data collection and management within systems like Salesforce is standardized and efficient
