Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales Operations or in a similar analytical role, 2+ yrs
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales-related software
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry
  • Keen attention to details
  • Ability to work on US and PH holidays
  • Can work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team by efficiently managing and processing quote, contract, and Deal entries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards
  • Work closely with the Finance department to update and maintain Deals as necessary, ensuring all financial data and records are accurately reflected
  • Handle terminations based on clients' contractual obligations, ensuring compliance while maintaining positive client relationships
  • Work directly with customers to provide administrative assistance, including support on customer portals and other relevant activities
  • Work in tandem with the sales team to improve pipeline hygiene, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within Salesforce
  • Provide comprehensive support for Salesforce, aiding the sales team in maximizing its functionality, including data entry, troubleshooting, and ensuring alignment with sales strategies
  • Support the sales team with the tools, resources, and information needed for effective selling
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of the sales team
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights
  • Enforce best practices to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall efficiency
  • Enforce and ensure sales practices comply with billing and legal requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data by following data and contract quality checks and validations
  • Provide training and documentation on sales processes, tools, and systems as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office a plus
