Requirements

  • Salesforce administration certification, or willingness to obtain within first 3 months
  • Have a strong command of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
  • BA/BS in Business or quantitative field
  • 2-3+ years experience in sales development/sales, operations, or analyst role
  • Experience with Salesforce, specifically reporting
  • Keen analytical skills - the ability to break down a problem into its core parts, identifying implications, timeframes, and sequences
  • Ability to work cooperatively with individuals across the organization and independently when appropriate
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLookUps, Advanced IF/AND statements, mass data cleanup, and Pivot tables)
  • Experience administering technologies
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Wizard, Cloudingo, or any tool for merging accounts and cleaning and updating Salesforce, Zapier, Clari, Docusign, and any Sales Engagement Platform
  • A home office setup conducive to working remotely and the ability to work effectively as a remote team member

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Leadership to identify gaps and areas of opportunity for expansion
  • Process New Logo, Upsells, and Renewal orders in Salesforce for EMEA Customers
  • Provide recommendations to improve efficiencies in daily workflows and processes with Salesforce to make the company across all departments more efficient
  • Provide analysis of key functions and activities of top performers
  • Maintain Salesforce database health - ensure data cleanliness & completeness, including managing our Cloudingo and D&B Hoovers Account
  • Assisted in developing and implementing ongoing sales policy, especially regarding new logos, upsells, and renewals
  • Assist in preparing weekly reporting and analysis updates on revenue for the leadership team
  • Assist with ongoing tools and technology management that integrate with Salesforce and provide training and documentation as needed
  • Will lead any implementation of integrations into Salesforce and maintain
  • AdHoc reports
