Remote Revenue Operations Compensation Analyst

Summary

Join us as a Revenue Operations Compensation Analyst and contribute to designing, implementing, and evaluating compensation programs across the organisation. You will work closely with HR business partners, Sales and Rev Ops management, and Finance to analyse the impact of various compensation options.

Responsibilities

• Manage designing, implementing, and evaluating compensation programs across the organisation
• Work closely with HR business partners, Sales and Rev Ops management, and Finance to analyse the impact of various compensation options
• Research current market practices, measure the effectiveness of existing plans, and evaluate current and future opportunities
• Design compensation packages and bonus/commission programs that align with the company’s strategic plan
• Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
• Responsible for compliance and governance of plan operations
• Conducting proactive competitive analysis and recommending updates as necessary in line with market trends and findings
• Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
• Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organisation
• Assessing and updating current benefits and compensation package procedures and policies
• Resolving compensation-related issues
• Preparing reports and presentations
