Requirements
- Experience: 2-4+ years of professional experience, with 1-2+ years of experience in GTM operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Familiarity with being a Salesforce Administrator
- Worked at a product-led growth organization
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent Communicator: able to distill complexity into clear and concise messaging. Effective across various mediums and excellent at working in a remote-first environment
- Data-driven: know how to define, measure, and manage sales funnel metrics
- Relationship Builder: place a high value on building strong relationships internally and externally
- Start-to-Finish Ownership: acts with 100% responsibility for their own outcomes as well as the outcomes of the company
- Bias to action: speed matters. Takes rapid and decisive steps forward, even in the face of uncertainty, recognizing action is the catalyst for progress and growth
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to streamline processes and enhance workflows
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of revenue-related data across all systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Manage documentation and process repositories, ensuring all materials are up-to-date, accessible, and clearly communicated to promote process compliance and best practices
- Conduct enablement sessions for GTM teams to provide training on tools, processes, and best practices
- Manage and maintain our GTM tech stack
