Responsibilities
- Plan and implement processes, analyses, and tools to optimize the customer journey
- Work closely with the team and customers to improve their go-to-market activities
- Analyze existing marketing and sales processes, identify potential improvements, and implement new or enhanced concepts
- Support the design and implementation of attribution models for customers to enable the effectiveness of channels, campaigns, and go-to-market programs
- Help customers analyze marketing, sales, and customer data using CRM and analytics tools, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities
