Remote Sales Development Representative

Requirements

• 6+ months of in-person or phone sales experience
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, and/or Salesloft
• Industry experience in a SaaS, B2B or CAM
• Ability to drive towards success through tenacity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
• An eagerness to learn through feedback, able to adapt to evolving strategies for continuous professional growth and success
• Willingness to travel up to 5%, potentially to team events and industry conferences
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with potential customers by phone, chat, email and social media
• Qualify and set appointments based on outbound activities (45+ calls per day)
• Engage customers and prospects who visit with us at industry events
• Follow up and convert marketing qualified leads
• Research companies and develop leads
